Get into a week in the life of yours truly! These folks are people I like. Screw you guys, this week is all about me. Toast folks that I admire, and think are cute and deserving of a toast. Plus one of my favorite photographers in BK, old school heroes, and referees are all featured in the events. So let me curate your week in and out of the borough. This week’s Gay-Genda features Queerespondence’s first ever monthly party at Bar4 in Park Slope! Get into it!
These famed folks were dealmakers and game changers. Each played a major part in reversing stereotypes, bettering our world, or contributing in a real way. Hit up local favorites and new commutes to honor these big-time peeps. A moment of silence at the bar and a tribute toast are in order this week. Cool stuff to do and cooler people to celebrate in this weeks Gay-genda! Go forth!
These ladies strut, catwalk, and generally wrks their way down the runway, on set, and down the street. Get dolled up and join these foxy ladies for their b-day. This week’s gay-genda is full of leading ladies and every night there is something adorable and affordable to do in and around our wonderful borough. Get it girls! Show us what you’re working with!
This week is a laugh riot! Each day a hysterical female leaves you gasping for air, on all fours, scrambling for the bathroom. Among them a crazy doctor, a cheeky spaniard, and a Golden Girl all have B-Days to celebrate. Each funny lady has an event just as entertaining to toast. Plus, all the laughing will keep you warm and a good booze blanket never hurt! So hit the streets, swipe that metrocard and get to getttin’ cuz this gay-genda just won’t stop!
This week’s Gay-genda is all over the place, so get ready! The birthdays we’ll celebrate are just folks that are plain old rad. Rad for making great movies, music or just being amazing. There are parties to attend, drinks to drink and a new year to be rung in. 2010 is a welcome reprieve from the terror of ‘09, so ruin your fitness resolutions and order a few to toast all the better things to come! (Maybe!) Cheers and have a blast!
