Happy Heat Wave!

Growing up in Brooklyn, I made friends with the block’s open fire hydrant during the endless heatwave days. Now, I generally stick with air conditioning, which makes my inner polar bear quite happy. If you are one of the unfortunate saps who exists without such a wondrous appliance, I have a list of activities to keep you cool – temperature – and social acceptability-wise! Happy heat wave!
