From hot dogs to icons there are some really thrilling gay outings this big gay weekend. Get your weekly fix of famous folks to toast, this week and EVERY week! Let’s hit it!

Wednesday:

The Wiener Roast is a mellow BBQ for the gays. Sweet Revenge, not to be confused with the sugary sweet spot in the Village, is a new spot off the G train. Join a game of Twister with other long limbed boys or take a turn under the limbo stick. Watch out for those sticky fingers and check out the top-secret ½ Happy Hour right before close.

Celebrity to Toast: Marsha! Marsha! Marsha! The eldest and sexiest Brady, Maureen McCormick turns 52. Watch out for those footballs, Gurel!
Drink of Choice: Warm Milk and Alice’s fresh baked cookies

Thursday:

The Gershwin Hotel has long been a living monument to Andy Warhol and its only fitting that they throw stylish party for his 81st birthday. I, for one, plan on being there. The shindig is the after party for VH1’s screening of Lords of the Revolution, and this party will surely host the who’s who and the who’s that of the New York scene. Live music by the super gay Whore’s Mascara.

Celebrity to Toast: Raise your glass to a true game changer. The true king of pop, Andy Warhol’s 81st is a day to remember in style. (Honorable mention to the fiery Lucille Ball and her fated version of Auntie Mame.)
Drink of Choice: Campbell’s Soup

Friday:

Aptly titled, the Tribute to Everything Gay Party at the Coney Island Museum on Surf Avenue is a little bit of everything. Serving up the unusual burlesque styling of Darlinda and Dirty Martini alongside some crazy drag acts. Sounds like lots of actually crazy people are on the bill. Expect the unexpected for $15 at the door. Get toasted before hand on Beer Island and don’t forget some good pasties and a go-to fag hag, they love this shit!

Celebrity to Toast: Billie Burke warmed our hearts as Glinda the Good Witch and thanks to her there’s no place like Oz.
Drink of Choice: Absinthe

Saturday:

This Saturday we encourage you to do the Safety Dance. This latest installment by Dj Tikka Masala and Bad Boy Trent of T.M.J. is housed in the brand new performance art space Littlefield. This queer benefit dance party is not your run of the mill affair. With an eco-conscious space and all proceeds going to RightRides this party guarantees a rare collection of smart sexy folks from all over. Its hard to say what’s cooler: the bowling alley salvaged wood to create the bar or the Right Rides super cool cause. DJ Shomi Noise turns out the hits along side dance style madness by dance troop Daisy Spurs. With only $10 at the door, this hot and worthy event deserves a crazy turn out. Getting home safe has never sounded like more fun!

Celebrity to Toast: ‘N Sync’s JC Chaez turns 32 today. She is still looking fine too. Twerk it out!
Drink of Choice: Alize on ice
